PRICING

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Ornate Culture takes great pride in the level of quality and authenticity of our pieces. It is important for us that you feel satisfied and content with your purchase of our piece of art.
If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with our products that you have purchased, you are welcome to return them to us within 7 days of purchase- unused and in their original packaging for a full refund or store credit. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days. Please note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning items to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your items using trackable methods to ensure safe delivery. Till it reaches us, the packet is the customer’s responsibility. However, despite our QC, if you receive a defective piece (torn, broken) we could either replace it for you while paying for return shipping or refund the entire amount- including shipping charges.

We have tried our utmost best to provide you with the best quality. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you, except when the wrong design is sent to you by us.
Please allow for slight variations due to the handcrafted nature of our Macramé products. These are the maker's mark and should be cherished as such. It should be remembered these small indentations make them exclusive and one of a kind. We use genuine cotton and silk yarns to create your pieces. They might appear slightly different from what you see on-screen in terms of brightness of colours and sizes though we have tried our level best to bring out the best through our photographs.
