SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We know you are excited about the delivery of your favourite product and so are we, for your reaction! All products are made by hand and hence typically takes about 7-10 days to be processed. For readily available stock the processing time will be much less. For products in the 'MADE TO ORDER' category processing time may vary and will be communicated via mail or preferred communication medium. This may vary for domestic and international orders. Please note, deliveries might get affected due to public holidays and unforeseen calamities.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES

Please note that we won’t be able to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders above INR 15,000. For orders under INR 15,000, shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size and volume, the packaging required and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges can be seen at checkout after providing the shipping address. The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes are not included in the listed price. The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and accept delivery, no refunds will be entertained.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email OR requested communication medium. You will be able to track the order using the consignment/tracking number on our shipping partner’s website. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after two attempts additional shippings costs may apply; no refund will be entertained for missed deliveries.

Please ensure the complete shipping address including pin/zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained.

 

 

MODES OF PAYMENT

For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.

 

For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), as well as payments, via PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).

Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with their bank.
